Types of support

I offer different kinds of ongoing support from short-term therapy with a specific focus to longer term counselling and psychotherapy, depending on your needs and situation.

If we decide to work together your session will be on the same day and at the same time each week.

If you are unable to attend a session
Your sessions are held for you and you will be asked to pay for missed or cancelled sessions.



Counselling is confidential except in situations where there was significant concern about harm to you or someone else, and this would normally be discussed with you beforehand.  My professional Codes of Ethics and Practice provide for regular consultation with a senior colleague in order to maintain the quality of the work.


Throughout the Coronavirus Pandemic and whilst social distancing measures are in place, we continue to offer online therapy sessions.
