What is counselling?

Counselling allows those with problems to discuss their feelings in a safe and confidential environment.

What are the benefits of counselling?

It can help to understand how family history, as well as culture, race and class may affect the sense we have of ourselves and our view of the kind of life and relationships we can have.

Online Therapy during Covid-19

I continue to provide the same specialised and professional online therapy during the Coronavirus pandemic.
