About me

My former career was as a journalist, with a particular interest in relationships.

I trained at WPF Therapy Kensington, one of the foremost training institutions and clinics in the UK, a lengthy and rigorous postgraduate training in individual counselling and psychotherapy with 4 years of clinical practice, intensive study and ongoing personal therapy.

I subsequently undertook a couple psychoanalytic psychotherapy training at the Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships (TCCR), an internationally renowned centre of excellence, and hold both the Postgraduate Diploma in Couple and Individual Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy (TCCR) and MA in couple psychoanalytic psychotherapy.

Alongside my private practice, I am a Faculty staff member of Tavistock Relationships and Head of the MA in Couple Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. I also work clinically as a couple psychoanalytic psychotherapist, teach and supervise and supervise.

I am a member of the Editorial Board of Couple and Family Psychoanalysis.
